Cult Caravan
This fine example of the cult caravan maufacturers is a little gem and because of its compact size can be towed by even a small hatchback.
Description
Two tone cream and fawn exterior over aluminium body in very good condition complete with purpose made awning ( please see photo) sleeps three comfortably inside and more in the awning. Although compact it is light and airy as it has two large picture windows at either end and a further three smaller windows. The cleverly designed pop up roof for added ventalaition allows occupants to stand at full height and features zip flaps with mosquito nets .
The five acrylic windows are double glazed windows ensuring comfort and quietness and all catches and stays are in full working order.
Internal decoration in neutral hues of beige and tan includes black out curtains and blinds to ensure a good nights sleep , beige / tan chenille type upholstery, teak finish and cork effect vynil flooring all in good condition. All cupboards and lockers are teak finished.
Seating and table
Bench seating at both ends of the caravan with a table which can be used at either end. At rear bench seating for four adults which makes into a compact double bed- the window at this end can be fully opened to 45 degrees with window stays to take advantage of your view and bring the outside in. The front seating area which seats three adults comfortably converts into a bed sleeping 1 adult or two small children. The front window does not open but the side window near the table extends fully open.
Kitchenette
Marvelous compact teak finish kitchenette with worktop opening to reveal aluminium washing up bowl with one tap and two ring gas hob. Under hob is compact fridge in good condition which has very useful three way working operation of battery, gas and electricity. Ice box compartment complete with mini ice cube maker. Under the sink is a cutlery draw and cupboard which houses the gas and water valve. The sink and hob are in good condition.
Storage includes a small wardrobe/ cupboard with locker underneath opposite the kitchenette. 9 overhead lockers throughout and the external door has four built in small shelves.
Lighting and heating
Three small fluroscent lights at front, rear and kitchenette and also small adjustable spotlight.
The Trumatic SL3002 Gas Heater ensures that you will be warm in this lovely caravan.
External
Pull out caravan steps.
The caravan has two steel belted Maxmiler tyres in good condition and also one spare tyre. All four jack stands which wind out are in full working order. At the front of the caravan is an external gas bottle locker-the hinges to this have at some time been replaced.
Fiamma bike rack for two bicycles is fitted to the rear and can be removed if required.
Also externally Lockable watercap and electric hook up point.
Awning
The awning comes packed in two large bags and there are three bags of pegs. There is also a large grey with thin red, blue and yellow ground rug .
